Ingredients

- 500g of seasonal turnip tops
- 300g of fresh or artisanal orecchiette
- 50g grated Pecorino Romano
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 fresh chili pepper
- Toasted bread crumbs (optional)

- 200ml whole milk

- 30g butter
- 30g of 00 flour
Preparation
