- taralli with Pugghia onion grated grana padano to taste chicken breast
- butter or oil to taste
- salt and pepper
Blend the taralli with the onion and reduce them to a breading. Add a little grated Grana Padano
and place the compound obtained either in a food bag or on a plate.
Take some slices of chicken and cut them into strips; then bread the strips in breadcrumbs.
Take a non-stick pan, melt the knob of butter and brown the strips over medium heat.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve them hot.
