Breaded chicken strips with onion taralli
INGREDIENTS:
- Pugghia onion taralli grated parmesan cheese to taste chicken breast
- butter or oil to taste
- salt and pepper
EXECUTION:
Blend the onion taralli and reduce them to a breadcrumb coating. Add a little grated Grana Padano cheese
and place the resulting mixture either in a food bag or on a plate.
Take some chicken slices and cut them into strips; then coat the strips in breadcrumbs.
Take a non-stick pan, melt the knob of butter and brown the strips over medium heat.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve them hot.
