INGREDIENTS πŸ”½
250g Spaghetti
200 g Fresh spinach
1 tablespoon of Pugghia extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of Parmesan
salt
Taralli with 10 Pugghia cereals

PREPARATION πŸ”½
🌿 First wash the spinach leaves well. Blanch them in water for a few seconds and cool them in water and ice.

🌿 Smoothies with evo oil and parmesan cheese to create a cream (add a drop of water to make it creamy just right).

,🌿 Dip the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and when they are al dente, stir them in the pan with the creamed spinach.

🌿 Serve them in the nest with crumbled taralli.
