Spinach cream spaghetti

The simplicity of a spinach cream spaghetti with the super touch of taralli. And here you fly very high ππππ

INGREDIENTS π½
250g Spaghetti
200 g Fresh spinach
1 tablespoon of Pugghia extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of Parmesan
salt
Taralli with 10 Pugghia cereals
PREPARATION π½
πΏ First wash the spinach leaves well. Blanch them in water for a few seconds and cool them in water and ice.
πΏ Smoothies with evo oil and parmesan cheese to create a cream (add a drop of water to make it creamy just right).
,πΏ Dip the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and when they are al dente, stir them in the pan with the creamed spinach.
πΏ Serve them in the nest with crumbled taralli.
