INGREDIENTS 🔽 doses x 1 pan
210 g Flour 0
90 g Re-milled semolina
180ml Water
1 boiled potato
1 teaspoon of Sugar
8 g Salt
5 g fresh yeast
PREPARATION 🔽
🐷 Sift the two flours and embed the water with the melted yeast and the teaspoon of sugar inside.
🐷 Knead well and once the water is absorbed, add the crushed boiled potato and salt only at the end.
🐷 Roll out the dough, which will be very sticky, in an oiled pan preferably in iron. Let rise until doubled.
🐷 Season at pleasure and bake in the oven at 200 degrees ventilated.
