INGREDIENTS π½ doses x 1 pan
210 g Flour 0
90 g Re-milled semolina
180ml Water
1 boiled potato
1 teaspoon of Sugar
8 g Salt
5 g fresh yeast
PREPARATION π½
π· Sift the two flours and embed the water with the melted yeast and the teaspoon of sugar inside.
π· Knead well and once the water is absorbed, add the crushed boiled potato and salt only at the end.
π· Roll out the dough, which will be very sticky, in an oiled pan preferably in iron. Let rise until doubled.
π· Season at pleasure and bake in the oven at 200 degrees ventilated.
