Swordfish rolls and taralli breading


Take the slices of swordfish and beat them with a meat tenderizer to make them more tender.
Afterwards, place a little stracciatella in the centre, a handful of diced cherry tomatoes, capers and
a pinch of salt. Roll up, being careful not to let the dressing spill out the sides.
Pass the Involtini in the previously chopped taralli.
Put them in a non-stick pan and season them with a drizzle of oil. Put them in a static hot oven a
180° pet 20 minutes. Have a good dinner!
