Ingredients:
- 300g of Pugghia chilli taralli
- 100g melted butter
- 150g of lactose-free stracchino
- 150g of lactose-free Philadelphia
- Yellow and red datterini tomatoes (to taste)
- Fresh basil leaves
- Pugghia extra virgin olive oil
- Oregano, salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:

Prepare the base:
- Crumble the chili pepper taralli with a blender or by placing them in a food bag and crushing them with a rolling pin until you obtain a grainy mixture.
- Melt the butter and add it to the crumbled taralli, mixing well until you obtain a moist and compact mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a springform pan (about 20 cm in diameter) and press it down well with the back of a spoon until it forms a uniform base.
- Place the base in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to solidify.

Prepare the filling:
- In a bowl, mix the stracchino and the lactose-free Philadelphia until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous cream.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

Assembly:
- Remove the taralli base from the refrigerator and pour the cream cheese on top, leveling it with a spatula to obtain an even layer.
- Place back in the fridge for at least 1 hour to let everything firm up.

Decoration and finishing:
- Cut the yellow and red datterini tomatoes in half and arrange them on the surface of the cheesecake to create a colorful and inviting visual effect.
- Add a few leaves of fresh basil.
